Eliška has been Head of Practice Professional CZ & SK since November 2023. She has been a part of Grafton since 2016 and prior to her current role she held the position of Area Professional Manager for 4 branches in Prague.

Eliška´s main responsibility is the strategic management of branches specializing in White Collar Recruitment and Executive Search, including process and business development, especially in this areas.

Pavlina holds a University Degree in International Relations. She has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment. Pavlína started her career at Redbull, where, in addition to recruitment, she was responsible for managing the Assessment Center across the Czech Republic. She founded a service focused on the selection and assignment of students for help in families and households, operating in Prague and Liberec.

Pavlína has been with Grafton since 2015, specializing in finance and banking recruitment. Since 2017, she has worked as a Team Leader of the Finance & Banking division in Prague.

Pavlína has led a number of projects, among the biggest achievements is filling several dozen senior expert roles in the Business Finance Center of Excellence entity of an international IT company. She has completed a number of psychological courses focused on the classification and typology of personality for senior management recruitment.

Jan holds a University Degree in Economics (field of study: Management and Business Economics). He started his career in KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH company, one of the biggest producers of art supplies. During his time as Marketing Specialist, Jan also visited all the factories belonging to the KOH-I-NOOR holding (including machinery plants and other industrial plants). He was responsible for a new production catalogue, building partnerships especially with local companies and artists or social media.

After more than 3 years Jan joined Grafton Recruitment. Started as a Recruitment consultant with an immediate success. 18 months after joining the company Jan became a Team Leader of one of the most profitable Grafton branches in České Budějovice. Currently leading a team of 3 consultants.

Andrea is a respected consultant specializing in Executive Search with over 15 years of experience in the field of recruitment. In recent years, her professional focus has focused primarily on the Shared Services Centers (SSC) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, where she has built a reputation as a leader and recognized expert.

Before focusing on Executive Search, she worked as a Project Manager for several years; managing a portfolio of key accounts and leading multi-volume Recruitment projects for major global companies.

In recent years, Andrea has focused on Employer Branding; becoming an ambassador for the company representing its values ​​and vision. She is a perfectionist with an unmistakable eye for detail. Andrea's main goal is to ensure that recruitment processes are carried out as efficiently and without complications as possible. She sees each project as an opportunity to bring the best talents into the hands of clients and thereby help shape their future and strategy.

She always prefers long-term relationships and a transparent approach to things.
