We have been cooperating with Grafton, namely with the consultant Mr. Jan Laluch, for a long time, so we can say that he already understands our needs. Nevertheless, filling the position of Production Director was specific. In addition to the emphasis on team management experience and language skills, for example, it was important that the recommended candidates had very high expertise in the energy sector.

Already during the initial screening phone call with Mr. Laluch it was obvious that he was listening and interested in our requirements, which was eventually confirmed when the candidates were introduced to us. At the same time, our feedback was always taken into account, so that in the end we even managed to find several candidates suitable for the position we were filling. The selection process went several rounds and we found a new colleague who has been part of our team for almost a year now and you can see a lot of good work behind him.
